Dorset Wedding Photography – Ian & Amanda Ive known Ian and Amanda for several years and in this time they’ve been traveling and had 3 fab children. They are both very laid back and their wedding reflects their personality well. They choose to get married in swanage town hall which is a fantastic venue. They only had close family for the service which was nice and opted to have a picnic on the beach nearby. Becci & John are my first wedding this year and the weather was perfect. The wedding took place at Queens Road Baptist Church it was a big family affair and a service full of songs and readings which was then followed with a tea and cake reception. The reception was held which as lovely stone buildings and nice grounds.
I’ve been meaning to blog this wedding for a while now as it took place on the second weekend in June. But because I have recently moved I’ve found myself painting walls, building bookcases and printing some of my personal pictures to go on the walls.
Well I’ve pretty much painted every room now so on with the blogging.
Lauren & Mark’s wedding took place in my home town of Weston-Super-Mare.
I had the pleasure of photographing Mike & Jen’s wedding the week before Christmas which meant I was going to be in for a treat as part of the reception was being held in Shapwick house so I was guaranteed a nice warm fire and a Christmas tree. I first met the lovely couple at the end of November and was unsure if I’d make it to them as it had just snowed in Somerset. Well, I made it down ok but I couldn’t help thinking to myself how pretty the fields are with all the snow and frost, wouldn’t it be nice if it was like that for the big day?
